The HS Exam

The HS Exam (formerly "HF-Exam") is the examination completing the Programme of Language Training for Higher Education (Hochschulspezifische Fremdsprachenausbildung).

It is accepted as equivalent to UNIcert II  for all Viadrina degree programmes. The only difference is that for the HF you do not have an oral examination unless you fail ONE part, whereas for UNICert examinations, all students are given an oral exam. (UNIcert II is offered at the Viadrina for other languages but not  English; we  do, however, offer UNIcert III in English.)
